VCP calls for more diversity on Dutch trustee boards

The Dutch Trade Union Federation for Professionals (VCP) believes pension funds and young people should do more to increase diversity on pension fund trustee boards. The appeal follows the publication of research by the monitoring commission Code Pension Funds.
This research showed that trustee boards’ gender diversity in particular is lagging behind. There was however a small improvement in the number of young trustees.
